Our service provides high-quality, Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation for young people aged 16–17. We are committed to delivering a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes stability, personal development, and positive outcomes.
The service is designed to support young people as they transition towards independence, ensuring they are equipped with the practical, emotional, and social skills required for adulthood. We adopt a holistic and person-centred approach, recognising the individual needs, experiences, and aspirations of each young person.
We work in close partnership with local authorities, social workers, families, and relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to care planning and support delivery.
Safeguarding is central to our practice. We operate robust safeguarding procedures in line with current legislation and statutory guidance, ensuring that all young people are protected from harm and exploitation. Risk assessments and safety plans are comprehensive, regularly reviewed, and reflect each young person’s individual vulnerabilities and strengths.
Our staff team are suitably trained, experienced, and committed to providing consistent and high-quality support. They work proactively to build trusting relationships with young people, enabling them to feel safe, respected, and empowered.
